Arts Commission
The Arts Commission maintains a minimum of five to a maximum of seven members appointed by the City Council. A majority of members are to reside in Ivins and have, in aggregate, broad experience and expertise in the arts and/or arts organization management and such other characteristics valued by the City Council.

Youth City Council
The Ivins Youth Council gives the youth of Ivins a voice on city issues, an understanding of how city government works, an opportunity to provide a service to the community that showcases the dedication of youth in Ivins, and provides the knowledge, skill, and abilities to the next generation of local leaders.
